Steady, practical therapy for men who are carrying a lot — and tired of doing it alone.
Looking for something different? If your main question is “what will we actually work toward?”, see Men in Tech and Trades — What I Offer.
A lot of men show up with a familiar mix: high responsibility, high competence, and a private sense that something isn’t working anymore. Sometimes it’s burnout. Sometimes it’s anxiety or depression. Often it’s relationship strain — the feeling that you’re present in the room but not really connected.
My style with men is steady and direct. I’m comfortable talking about shame, anger, grief, fear, and the places you feel stuck — without turning it into a performance. If you’re used to solving problems, we’ll use that strength. And if the problem is that you’ve been solving everyone else’s problems, we’ll work with that too.
Five key traits of my style here
- I don’t try to “fix” you — we map the pattern and change what’s changeable.
- We keep things real: honest emotion without melodrama or shame.
- Direct communication and clear goals (no guessing games).
- Respect for competence and responsibility — and for the cost of carrying it.
- Trauma-informed pacing: we go deep without blowing past your limits.
